Business management as a dominant development of the Ukraine's economy in trends of European integration

Abstract

The study says that in the context of the revival of European integration processes in Ukraine, there is a need to change the management of the country, including in the field of business management. The issues of adapting the management system of domestic business have become especially relevant since our country received the status of a candidate for EU membership.

The purpose of this study is the problem of rethinking the challenges associated with the peculiarities of managerial activity in the trends of European integration on the basis of an integrated multi-vector approach.

The paper proves that the current transformation of managerial activity in accordance with the conditions of the European community is preceded by rather unfavorable prerequisites, primarily related to military operations in the country, which are reflected in the indicators of GDP decline, exacerbation of inflationary processes, devaluation of the hryvnia, etc.

It has been established that a serious challenge for the integration of domestic business in the EU is the need to replace patterns in the field of management, in particular, regarding the role and importance of small and medium-sized businesses. The paper proves the formal harmonization of business classification requirements with distribution into large, medium and small. With the use of statistical information, the problems of Ukraine's accession to the EU due to the facts of excessive concentration of large agribusiness are substantiated.

The presence and substantiation of the high level of threat to the Ukrainian economy due to the loss of labor potential, including due to its «import» to the EU countries due to the war in Ukraine, has been proved.

The unwillingness to reform the business management system on the basis of the cross-border nature of future economic relations with the EU is determined.

The authors give recommendations on the procedure for solving problems with excessive concentration of business in the agricultural sector. Measures are proposed to solve the problem of loss of labor potential, including through the implementation of resettlement programs, integration into the Ukrainian labor market and into the society of refugees from less developed countries. Justified measures to minimize «educational migration».
