Reforming the energy sector of Ukraine in the context of energy security management
Abstract
World transformations, which are caused by rapid processes of intellectualization, innovation and integration, change the emphasis in the competitive struggle of business entities, require modernization, development of high-tech production, establishment of cooperation between the state and science for the introduction of management mechanisms and tools of a creative nature in the energy sector of Ukraine.
Reforming the energy sector is critical to providing better services to Ukrainian citizens and is directly related to reducing corruption, strengthening public finances, and improving the overall investment climate. This necessitates the provision of a stable and predictable investment environment.
In modern conditions, the management of industrial enterprises requires solving problems caused by both external and internal factors. Therefore, modernity requires the formation and implementation of a new concept of management of industrial enterprises through the use of innovative tools for solving problems that allow taking into account the changing trends of the internal and external environment and rationally responding to them.
Without the help of the government of Ukraine, which must make maximum efforts to stimulate technical and technological breakthroughs in the energy sector of the economy, it is impossible to ensure sustainable economic development. It is necessary to provide tax benefits for the implementation of large-scale projects for the modernization of production facilities.
In order to effectively stimulate the development of innovative potential as the basis of the investment environment, it is advisable to use both the internal capabilities of energy sector enterprises and to expand the opportunities for attracting investment resources, which is the basis for developing an algorithm for reforming combined energy security management scenarios as the basis for ensuring the national security of the state.
