Socio-economic tools for ensuring balanced development of the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market

Abstract

The need to implement socio-economic tools to ensure the balanced development of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine is related to the evolution of the management process, which is caused by the development of scientific and technical progress, the complexity of the management process, the complexity of production processes, and the growing fastidiousness of participants in market relations. Today, only those approaches to management are becoming relevant, which allow you to quickly react to the changing market situation, make qualified management decisions, promptly satisfy the demands of consumers, while minimizing costs. Since the main task of the market as an integrated production system is the quick and high-quality satisfaction of the comprehensive needs of consumers, there is a need to find new ways to optimize balanced development. A condition for profitable activity of the subjects of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine is active innovation and investment activity, which in market conditions is associated with significant risk due to fluctuations in the market situation, intensifying competition, rapid "aging" of goods, the need to attract loan funds and other factors . Thus, the most important socio-economic tool of balanced development is "risk-profitability", i.e. orientation to high-profit activity, which involves the implementation of risky projects and is coupled with the probability of a decrease in financial stability. Scientifically based management of socio-economic tools to ensure the balanced development of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine requires not only its timely diagnosis and assessment, but also the presence of an effective financial strategy. The financial strategy of the pharmaceutical market is aimed at comprehensive scientific substantiation of the areas of financial support of activities, and on this basis, the development of financial management guidelines for the future. It should cover the following range of issues: substantiation of effective methods and directions of influence of socio-economic tools to ensure balanced development of the strategic period; optimization of future income distribution proportions; analysis of the possibilities of using new socio-economic tools and sources of financing; selection of the most effective directions for the use of social and economic resources.
