Strategically relevant level of anti-crisis management of the enterprise

Abstract

In the conditions of the variability of the internal and external environment, the possibility of obtaining maximum financial results of the enterprises' activities increases under the conditions of making effective anti-crisis management decisions in the organizational and managerial aspects. The main problem of the implementation of strategic and relevant anti-crisis management of enterprises is the low level of profitability along with the in efficiency of the use of management potential and the tension of the organizational climate, which makes it necessary to carry out a preliminary analysis of the enterprises of the industry for the ability to further develop the organizational and management potential. Thus, the dominant goal of forming a strategically relevant level of anti-crisis management of an enterprise is to obtain the maximum possible financial result under the conditions of minimizing labor and material resources.

From the point of view of the strategic interests of each enterprise of the industry, it is necessary to take into account the orientation of the enterprise to the financial result. Based on the existing resource anti-crisis potential of the enterprise and the dynamics of its change, which has a direct impact on obtaining financial results of economic activity, as well as on the stability of the economic environment of the functioning of a certain subject of analysis and the degree of negative impact of possible external threats on the effectiveness of the implementation of strategic interests, the enterprise establishes strategic orientation towards the maximum industry result or the average industry result.

The development of the strategy and tactics of the activity of a specific enterprise of the industry should be based on the anti-crisis capabilities of the enterprises identified in advance for further development. The process of determining the reserves of strategic and management potential is based on the justified determination of the real possibility of the enterprise, under the conditions of using its own and involved sources of financing, to achieve high results in the previously predicted areas of anti-crisis activity. This makes it possible to determine reserves for the development of a strategically relevant level of anti-crisis management of the enterprise as a quantitative value of unused opportunities for further activity and improvement of the existing level of financial anti-crisis security, which can be used in the current and prospective periods of the enterprise's activity and development.
