Training of management staff in the conditions of digitalization

Abstract

In the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution, industry 4.0, active changes are taking place in the field of management. This also applies to the field of education, training of specialists who would possess the required competencies. For this, it is necessary to use new technologies in the learning process. This increases the level of perception and assimilation of information. Digitization is becoming a necessary part of the daily activities of the company's personnel. Modern technological solutions are changing the basic principles of office work.

The article examines the concept of competences of the Industry 4.0 concept, which is characterized by the introduction of "cyber-physical systems" into production processes. The article substantiates the main four principles of the concept of the fourth industrial revolution: functional compatibility of man and machine - the ability to communicate directly via the Internet; transparency of information and the ability of systems to create a virtual copy of the physical world; technical assistance of machines to humans - combining large volumes of data and performing a number of tasks dangerous for humans; the ability of systems to independently and autonomously make decisions.

 The scientific work states that the digital revolution involves changes in education. As an example of digitization of education, the replacement of usual methods and forms of education with Internet technologies is given: video presentations, training through special portals, testing, etc. Digitization of educational information can significantly speed up and simplify the learning process.

It is emphasized that progress in the technological sphere, informatization of the community, network technologies, methods and technologies for creating models of personnel management make it possible to make a qualitative and significant breakthrough in the field of training of management personnel.
