Особливості підприємницької діяльності в контексті викликів BANI-світу

Abstract

The article determines that the current unstable socio-economic environment is characterized by crisis processes and long periods of recovery. The protracted world crisis and military aggression against Ukraine contribute to the emergence of a new concept of the world order, where factors of a new type operate, which are difficult to control, and whose consequences are impossible to predict. The authors of the article considered the peculiarities and spheres of influence of the modern BANI reality. Difficulties faced by business entities in today's changing conditions are revealed. The main tools that help to perform management functions at enterprises, taking into account the requirements of the external environment, are defined. The article also reveals the features of the modern stage of development of the information and network economy, the opportunities provided by the new digital economy and the informatization of society as a whole. The features necessary for an entrepreneur to achieve success in business and the factors of countering uncertainty are defined. The authors describe modern trends and management technologies in the context of the requirements of the BANI world. In the process of research, the authors established that the BANI world poses significant difficulties for business entities, while providing certain opportunities. The authors determined that management practice to date has not yet formed adequate answers to the challenges of the BANI world, but the trends that will ensure the future survival and adaptation of business entities to the conditions of fragility, anxiety, non-linearity and incomprehensibility inherent in the new world are already clear order To eliminate the negative consequences caused by uncontrolled external and internal factors, it is necessary to use adequate management tools and new approaches to the development of entrepreneurial competencies.
