Innovative information technologies in personnel training and management
Abstract. In the conditions of the digital revolution in the economy and management there are active changes. It is in conditions of uncertainty, multitasking, the introduction of innovative measures and constant changes to replace the classic training and personnel management should come the latest information technology.
Increasingly, innovative learning technologies allow staff to acquire knowledge online, which allows them to implement training programs within the concept of lifelong learning. Many modern organizations aim to strengthen their competitiveness by increasing the value of human capital through training and development of their own staff. Each organization approaches the issue of employee training based on its own vision: some improve their skills through training centers, external training programs, others hire a tutor or form their own training centers and teams. In any case, there is a need for effective staff training technologies. The article presents modern IT-technologies of personnel management support in the digital economy.
The study of modern information technology will consider the following: AI (Artificial Intelligence), cloud technology Cloud ERP – (Enterprise Resource Planning – Resource Planning Software), virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), blockchain (blockchain), big data, digital-learning. Considered: HRIS (Human Resources Information System), HCM (Human Capital Management), HRMS (Human Resources Management System), TMS (Talent Management System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LMS (Training Management System).
The article will consider the most effective modern technologies of staff training, such as gamification, coaching, buddying, shadowing, etc. It is noted that the use of innovative staff training technologies, such as blockchain, cloud technologies, virtual reality, big data, "digital-learning" can strengthen the company, increase its competitiveness, help improve the economic results of its activities. "Digital-learning" technology allows in practice to improve the quality of employee training, reduce time costs for training, get an accelerated practical result in the workplace. The considered technologies have prospects of development and application in modern management.
