The concept of forming a model of management of organizational culture of the enterprise

Abstract

Annotation. Effective management of enterprises depends on the extent to which their structures are able to ensure the effective operation of processes.  The development of enterprises is carried out as a result of various changes, including as a result of purposeful influence of the management system.

Organizational culture is a set of connections that support organizational relationships of people and are based on formal and informal rules and norms of human behavior both inside and outside the enterprise. The formation and transformation of the organizational culture of enterprises takes place under the influence of internal organizational and external factors. Organizational culture is a component of the modern model of enterprise management, which allows to maximize its potential and create a favorable environment for the implementation of development goals. Influencing all significant areas of the company, organizational culture regulates the activities of employees, forms a sense of commitment to the company and as a result improves the quality of products and competitiveness of the enterprise.

The article forms the stages of transformation of the organizational culture of the enterprise, namely the crisis, change, translation, transformation.

It is proved that for the study of organizational culture it is expedient to use a synergetic approach, which allowed to build the logic of transformation of the organizational culture of the enterprise on the basis of such an approach.

The article considers the process of transformation of the organizational culture of the enterprise as a set of three subprocesses: chaos, ordering and stabilization.  All components of this process play a special role, and therefore are important for ensuring the development of organizational culture of the enterprise in the face of environmental challenges.

The authors of the article build a structural and logical model of management of organizational culture of the enterprise, which describes the sequence and content of the main stages of formation, maintenance and transformation of organizational culture of the enterprise. The proposed model allows to develop, agree and implement a set of management measures aimed at forming a high level of organizational culture in accordance with certain areas, based on the characteristics and state of its existing level, environmental requirements, enterprise development strategy and specifics of its activities.
