The problems that arise during the organization of educational process under martial law are highlighted. The content of the concepts of "management", "management of educational institution", "blended learning" is considered. In order to organize a highly effective educational process under the conditions of blended learning in secondary school, it is necessary to study and take into account the peculiarities of management activities. It is noted that an integral part of the management is a process of its implementation, which consists of successive stages and is commonly referred to as a universal management cycle, that consists of development and decision-making, modeling, organization, regulation, control, correction, etc. It is emphasized that the main purpose of management is to ensure the stable functioning and development of an educational institution. Therefore, the managerial activity of the head of secondary school under the conditions of blended education requires a high level of information culture, which implies the widespread use of computer-oriented methods, electronic learning tools and distance learning in the management and educational processes. It has been proved that distance learning is one of the areas of management of secondary school under the conditions of blended learning, and distance learning technologies can be considered as a natural stage in the evolution of the traditional education system from the blackboard to the electronic board and computer-based learning systems, from the book library to the electronic library, from the regular classroom to the virtual classroom.The article identifies the prospects for further consideration of the issue of managing secondary school under the conditions of blended learning ER -
