This addiction has a detrimental effect on the health of the younger generation, as it significantly reduces its motor activity. The Chinese government pays close attention to the physical education and health of children and youth, and athletes from China have always shown high results at international competitions.          In addition to the possible provision of all necessary modern teaching equipment, the PRC is paying particular attention to the formation of the teaching staff.          Numerous regulations directly related to the work of teaching staff in China were investigated during the research: "Standards of Physical training", "National Standards of Physical Training", "Rules for Conducting Physical Education Classes in Educational Institutions" and others.          The article highlights the main features of the training of physical education teachers, examines the means of control and upgrade their competence in accordance with current regulations in the field of education and health care. The general, basic and progressive plans of preparation of the future specialist are given in the work, the conditions of receiving the Professional Qualification Certificate of the Teacher of Physical Culture in China are considered. The results of the study are of some interest for the further research and possible further creative borrowing. ER -
