Management By Quality Of Preschool Education On Basis Of Educational Monitoring

Abstract

The article deals with the management of a pre-school educational institution. The definition of the content of concepts is given: «quality of education», «quality of preschool education», «educational monitoring». It is noted that the management of the quality of education in preschool educational institutions in modern conditions needs special approaches, non-standard solutions that fully take into account the features of the educational environment, the needs and requirements of parents and other social partners of pre-school educational institutions. Quality management of preschool education will be effective due to the creation of a flexible model of quality management in the pre-school educational institution, which should include the following stages of activity: a previous study of the state of the educational institution; planning, organization and maintenance of the educational process; tracking the results of graduates. Attention is drawn to the causes of failures in managerial activity of managers and the importance of conducting educational monitoring of the quality of preschool education in the institution.
