Technology For Forming The Management Culture Of The Leaders Of Establishment Of Preschool Education

Abstract

The article reveals the main features of the technology of forming a management culture of heads of the pre-school establishments. The article defines main stages of this process, provides the list of those professional qualities and personal characteristics that determine the level of professional advancement of the manager. A list of activities that aims at mastering the principles of management culture that are the most effective at every stage of professional advancement is proposed. The stages of its implementation of the technology of forming the management culture of managers in the process of professional activity (organizational and preparatory, content-activity procedural, cognitive, reflexive-correcting) and training tools are described.
