Professional Development Of Managers Transnational Corporations In The System Of Independent Education

Abstract

The author analyzed the process of professional development of managers of transnational corporations (TNC) in the system of continuous education. The author found that professional development of TNC managers in the system of continuous education presupposes guided professional, personal and career growth throughout life. Multinational corporations focus on the professional development of managers mainly through corporate education. Сorporate education aims to help managers overcome a number of qualities that interfere with the implementation of change. The ultimate goal of this process is to increase the professional level of the manager in accordance with the company's strategic goals.
