Pedagogical conditions for the formation of spiritual needs of student youth at Adaptive principles
Abstract
The article is devoted to one of the urgent problems of the formation of students' spirituality, which is relevant and belongs to the problem of a social nature, as it is related to such a concept as the formation of personality. The main problems of needs analysis consist in establishing their composition, hierarchy, boundaries, levels and possibilities of satisfaction. These problems are closely interrelated. In particular, the hierarchy of needs is largely determined by the levels of their satisfaction. In our time, you can often hear calls for raising the national consciousness of a person and educating a true citizen. And the impetus and basis for this is, first of all, education of a spiritual personality.
That is why the article examines the pedagogical conditions for the formation of spiritual needs of student youth, reveals the levels of formation of spiritual values of students. The paper analyzes the works of teachers of the past and modern scientists on this problem. The concept of "spiritual culture" is analyzed, the article analyzes the levels of formation of students' spiritual values. The principles and tasks that are necessary for the formation of the spirituality of youth are considered. The following components of the concept of spiritual culture of students were highlighted, each of them was characterized and it was shown how these components of spiritual culture are influenced by the following blocks of educational activity: operational-active, motivational, interpersonal and business relations between the teacher and the student.
Based on the results of the theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign psychological and pedagogical literature on the researched problem, empirical experience of educational work with students, analysis of the structure of spirituality, the pedagogical conditions for the development of students' spiritual values are substantiated. The main conditions for the formation of the individual's spirituality were highlighted in the work. The concepts of integration and interdisciplinary connections have also been studied.
