Competently Approach For Forming Creative Literates For Future Engineered Pedagoges In The System Of High Professional Education

Abstract

The article is devoted to the process of formation of creative skills and professional competence of future engineers-pedagogues in the system of higher professional education. The article deals with the essence of the concept of professional competence. The article deals with theoretical approaches to the concepts of «competence», the main characteristics of the competence approach in education and its importance for the formation and creative skills of future engineers-teachers in the system of higher vocational education. The theoretical and methodological foundations of formation of creative skills and professional competence of future engineer-teachers and their analysis in modern psychological-pedagogical theory and practice are found out. The level of development of professional competence and creative skills of future engineers-teachers in the system of higher professional education is researched. Recommendations for raising the level of professional competence and formation of creative skills of future engineers-teachers in the system of higher professional education are developed.On the basis of the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the basic principles of the competence approach are defined, namely: diagnostic, consisting of objective assessment and self-assessment of the level of formation of productive and creative competence of future specialists on the basis of developed criteria and indicators that serve as feedback in personality development; professional-oriented orientation of the content of training, according to which the student's mastering material should be focused on preparing for the implementation of creative professional activities and correlate with the personal orientation of the learning process. The formation of creative skills of future engineers-teachers is analyzed as the basic system of requirements for organization of the process of professional training of highly skilled specialists. The complex of professionally significant qualities of future engineers-teachers necessary for successful professional activity is characterized. The conclusions and prospects of further researches within the given direction are obtained.
