Adaptive basic models of formation of professional actions in future professionals

Abstract

The article considers the issues of professional training of future specialists and proves the importance of forming professional actions in them in the study of professional disciplines. The analysis of modern researches and publications which are devoted to modeling of professional activity of experts, introduction of innovative technologies of their preparation, development and application of structural-logical schemes and models of formation of professional actions is carried out. It is noted that the system of formation of professional actions in any professional discipline forms a hierarchical structure and is a multi-stage process. The system of formation of professional actions is considered as a static and dynamic structure. It is determined that the dynamic structure of professional action formation is unique for sensory-subject, perceptual-subject, subject-intellectual and abstract-intellectual types of educational activity. Problem situations are defined as a didactic tool that unites all components of professional action. The stages of creating and solving a problem situation are determined. Adaptive basic models of professional action formation have been developed, which imitate the real professional activity of a specialist in solving problem situations and naturally unite motivational, target and operational structures of activity. The peculiarity of such models of formation of professional actions in future specialists is the ability to determine the zone of immediate development due to adaptive step-by-step reduction of information uncertainty.
