Adaptive Management Methods In Creating Inclusive Environment In Higher Education Institution

Abstract

An analysis of pedagogical research on the theory and practice of organizing the educational process with an inclusive form of education in higher educational institutions substantiates the importance of using methods of adaptive management of the development of an inclusive environment in higher education institutions. Adaptive management reveals the patterns of organization of the educational process for students with special needs, determines the meaning, content, forms and methods of organizing the educational process, which determines the effectiveness of the application of methods of adaptive development management. It has been established that inclusive education involves the creation of an educational environment that meets the needs and abilities of each person, regardless of the characteristics of his psychophysical development.

The content of the article clearly defines the main advantages of an inclusive educational environment, highlights important aspects of inclusive education that ensure the effectiveness and quality of education for students with special needs. Attention is drawn to the fact that teaching students with special needs in higher educational institutions, on the one hand, helps them get rid of the feeling of isolation, alienation in society, contributes to the disappearance of social barriers and segregation, and on the other hand, teaches other students to communicate and cooperate together.

The educational environment will only be inclusive in higher education institutions when the physical space is planned and organized in which students can move safely during group and individual lessons; in the academic groups of students there will be communication on a positive psycho-emotional level, which involves helping each other; conditions will be created for joint partnership work of students with special needs and teachers of departments that contribute to the achievement of a positive result.

Based on this, the methods of adaptive management of the development of an inclusive environment in higher educational institutions are disclosed and their characteristics are given. The attention is focused on the methods of theoretical and practical levels of adaptive development management. It is through the definition of characteristic features of adaptive control that groups of methods and methods of adaptive management are proposed.

These are general methods of adaptive management that are aimed at supporting the existing system of inclusive education in the direction of its development. And specific methods of adaptive management to ensure an inclusive environment in higher education institutions, which provide for special actions.
