Development of foreign language competence of tourism education and hotel and restaurant business in their professional training for the formation of business ethics in the real conditions of intercultural tourism infrastructure
Abstract. In the article analyzes the issues of intercultural communication of specialists in tourism and hospitality. It is analyzed that today the foreign language serves as an outstanding means of intercultural communication and characterological mechanism of effective cooperation, as it affects the development of professional qualifications and competencies of future professionals in the tourism industry. Emphasis is placed on the relevance of the knowledge of professionals in the tourism industry and the ability to work with business partners and customers, to ensure effective communication with them in the international tourism market. It was found that the problem of intercultural communication is important for the development of business ethics for tourism and hospitality. It is emphasized that this issue of intercultural communication is the basis for defining strategies for cooperation with foreign partners and clients, planning for effective operation and sustainable development in the modern international tourism. The authors of the article scientifically researched that the problem of training highly professional staff remains relevant for the Ukrainian tourism market. Also, based on scientific research on the selected research problem, the author of the article found that the issue of intercultural communication in tourism and hospitality is defined as a strategic direction of development and integration of the Ukrainian system. This is declared in national regulations: strategies, concepts and laws at various levels. According to the theoretical analysis, future tourism professionals should learn a foreign language, communication skills for adequate interaction in various areas of communication, using knowledge of norms of behavior, ethics and intercultural communication. This will allow them to create an atmosphere of business communication with foreign partners, ensure their competitiveness in the global tourism market.
