Management of the formation of psychological qualities of heads of educational institutions as a scientific problem
Abstract. The article is fully given respect to the problem of formation the psychological qualities of the head of an educational institution and management of the process. In particular, it is established that modern leaders of the educational sphere experience certain difficulties, executing managerial functions and tasks related to the use of psychological technologies of work with staff, motivating employees, uniting them into a single team, moving to a common goal, creating a team of like-minded solving problems of professional and personal development, determining the optimal individual trajectories of development of the internal potential of the individual, prevention and constructive resolution of conflicts in the educational institution, etc. All these explains the urgency of this problem and the need to solve it. Thus, the article highlights the methods, forms and means of managing the formation of psychological qualities of heads of educational institutions, identifies the stages of management. The structure of psychological qualities of the head, important for execution by its administrative functions which contains such components is defined: those are cognitive, motivational-value, emotional. The social and personal factors that play a leading role in the formation of psychological qualities of the leader, such as: macro- and micro-environment; features of upbringing and education; social interaction with different categories of people; motivation of professional activity; individual and age features. The main methods of forming the psychological qualities of heads of educational institutions are methods of forming consciousness, organizing activities and forming experience, stimulating and motivating activities, methods of control, self-control, self-evaluation. The main forms of work are recognized as individual and group. Among the means of forming the psychological qualities of the head of the educational institution, special attention is paid to theoretical (special courses taking into account the level of professional competence of the head) and practical training (development of communication, organizational, project, gnostic skills, ability to self-education). The stages of management activity and the structure of the complex-target programs according to the subject of research are described, its efficiency is proved, which is confirmed by the received experimental data which testify to increase of levels of formation of psychological qualities of heads of educational institutions.
