Abstract

Abstract. The article analyzes the pedagogical activity of the future engineer-teacher in the context of innovative development and substantiates the impact of using innovative methods and technologies on the development of pedagogical skills of the future engineer-teacher - participant in innovation processes, improving quality indicators and the need to use innovative methods and technologies. The urgency of using innovative methods and technologies in the process of professional training of future engineer-teacher, which is to teach future professionals to acquire knowledge and apply them to solve new cognitive and practical problems; to promote the development of communication skills; expand the circle of communication; instill the ability to use research techniques: collect and analyze information, make hypotheses, draw conclusions.Methods of interactive learning and their organizational and methodological forms are considered, which are the most optimal for use in a certain type of classes during training.The role of innovative methods and technologies in shaping the readiness of future professionals for professional activities, their thinking and behavior is clarified.The complex of professionally significant qualities of future engineers-teachers necessary for successful professional activity is characterized and special attention is paid to modern information technologies, their opportunities for improvement of professional skills.Conclusions are received and prospects of further researches within the set direction are specified.Key words: innovative technologies, innovative approach, education, student, teacher, engineer-teacher.
