Development of communicative competence of heads of educational institutions as a condition of adaptive management of formal and informal communications in the organization
Abstruct. Significant changes of legal framework in the field of education in recent years lead to management activities improvement, in particular the development of educational institutions heads communicative competence. Public life digitalization affects educational activities organization, which in turn requires changes of communication processes in the management system of educational institution. Such changes and innovations actualize the problem of educational institution head communicative competence.
The article is devoted to a separate aspect of head professional competence - communication management in the organization under conditions of adaptive changes, which should ensure communicational competence development of educational institution head.
It is noted that under conditions of significant innovations in education system, in particular the adaptation of the educational process to quarantine conditions, the spread of distance learning share in the system of mixed forms organization of educational process, requirements for communicative competence of educational institution head are increasing. A modern director of an educational institution should not only use modern means of communication, but should also be able to organize communication networks that will ensure sufficient efficiency of educational process and educational institution optimal management level.
The essence and structure of communicative competence of educational institutions heads are specified, ways of its development are disclosed.
A qualimetric model for assessing the level of educational institution head communicative competence development is presented, which contains three factors (communicative knowledge, communicative skills, communicative abilities) and the corresponding criteria.
Attention is paid to the organizational forms of communication in educational institution and requirements for the communication process. Particular attention is paid to the processes of formal and informal communications organizing in the educational institution, the forms of such communications are characterized.
The topic of the special course «Communicative competence of the manager» is also proposed to develop the communicative competence of educational institution head.
The article states that further research will relate to development of communication management system in educational institutions.
