Management of a private general secondary education institution as a project-oriented organization
Abstract. The content of the article is devoted to the disclosure of the leading task of education in the context of globalization and digitalization. In particular, the article describes the characteristics of information and innovation society on the basis of noosphere human existence. The characteristic and signs of information and innovation society are given. It is revealed that the leading categories of formation of such a society are innovation, innovation clusters and economic development. The strengths of the information and innovation society, which has advantages in terms of information technology in infrastructure, production and knowledge, are emphasized; it is an open society or civil society, politically open to global processes; has a dynamic economy and has an information-innovative production business. It is interesting to analyze in depth and highlight the essence of innovative human development: man - the future. The authors reveal what awaits humanity by 2100. In this regard, it is noted that the leading task of education is the formation of students with the appropriate level of education and to form skills for successful life. The need to manage a general secondary education institution as a project-oriented organization is emphasized. It is substantiated that the efficiency of educational institutions as project-oriented organizations will contribute to their innovative development and high level of educational services and the formation of the person of the future. The essence of project-oriented organizations is described and the author's model of professional activity of the project manager is given. Aspects of quality assurance of educational services from the standpoint of philosophical interpretation of this issue are revealed. It is noted that the quality of education is the key to successful development of the state and the individual, especially in the context of globalization and digitalization of society. The directions of development of education in the information society are revealed and the tendencies of development of the philosophy of education of the third millennium are outlined.
