Characteristics of the model of monitoring the quality of educational services in general secondary education institutions
Abstract. The rapid digitalization of education, which contributes to a significant transformation of the activities of educational institutions, encourages the search for new mechanisms for tracking and adjusting the state of educational activities of general secondary education institutions (hereinafter ZSSO). The article considers and scientifically substantiates the model of monitoring the quality of educational services, the technology of its use. Given the relationship between complex and simple properties of the object of study (educational services in the institution), we create the appropriate parameters of their ideal state through the creation of an appropriate submodel of their ideal state and through the decomposition of these properties. The following factors are distinguished: properties of the 1st order, complex properties of the 2nd order as criteria for evaluating factors. That is, using the decomposition of certain characteristics of the state of educational services, a normative model (standard) is created, by means of which the quality of educational services in the institution of ZSO is assessed. The technology of monitoring the quality of educational services in general secondary education is a system consisting of indicators combined into a standard (our ideal view of the state), and constant monitoring of the state of educational services, the dynamics of consumer satisfaction with these services and the results obtained. prompt adjustment of the content and logistics of educational services.
The how to measure the quality of educational services in an educational institution, indicators and criteria for monitoring the quality of educational services and effective management in an educational institution in modern conditions are analyzed. It is scientifically substantiated that one of the promising ways to solve this issue may be the creation of a system for monitoring the quality of educational services in ZSSO. It is the constant monitoring and current adjustment of the process of providing educational services by the institution that will ensure the quality of educational activities of the institution and contribute to the successful positioning of ZSSO in the market of educational services. Recommendations to the head of the educational institution on the creation of a system for monitoring the quality of educational services in the ZSSO are described.
