The relationship of adaptive and reflexive control.

Abstract

Annotation The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between two types of control: adaptive and reflexive.  The transformations taking place in Ukrainian society raise the problems of changing the professional consciousness of the head of an educational institution, the need to rethink the management strategy, existing experience, mastering new value orientations of professional activity, and recognizing the polyparadigmatic foundations of management. Polyparadigm of management implies the impossibility of using one type of management in management activities. This determines the relevance of considering various types of management in their relationship. The article examines the relationship between two types of control: adaptive and reflexive.  It is emphasized that the higher the adaptive properties of the control system, the more perfect the self-organization mechanism, which means the more effective the control system. The ability of an educational institution to self-preserve when external conditions change or when the internal structure changes is defined as sustainability. The stability of the system is characterized by the desire for a state of equilibrium, which provides for such a functioning of the system's elements, which ensures effective progress towards the set goals, the development of the educational institution. At the same time, a complex controlled system with purposeful development can never reach complete equilibrium.  The elements of the system function differently in different conditions, and their dynamic interaction significantly affects the development of the system, as a result of this, a stable system is in a state of dynamic equilibrium, that is, it fluctuates around a stable state. Attention is focused on the role of reflection in adaptive processes, it is noted that reflection contributes to the effectiveness of the adaptation process. It is noted that adaptive and reflexive control are interrelated; this connection is primarily traced at the first stage of reflexive control - reflexive analysis, which allows you to determine the adaptive capabilities of the control system.  The conclusion is made that reflexive control is the methodological basis of adaptive control. The further directions of research of the problem of the relationship of adaptive and reflexive control in the context of polyparadigmality of control are determined.
