Monitoring the quality of professional training in the minds of high quality robots modern holy transformations
Abstract. The article focuses on the importance of monitoring studies in the system of professional (vocational) education. The author examines the monitoring of the professional training of future skilled workers in institutions of professional (vocational) education in Ukraine, and also gives examples of predicting the improvement of its quality by means of strategic analysis - SWOT. The prospects for improving the vocational education system through the introduction of monitoring studies have been identified. The article notes that monitoring allows the timely identification of negative trends and is the most effective tool in the system of scientific information and analytical support of education in general, and vocational education in particular. The purpose of the article is to actualize the problem of monitoring and forecasting the professional training of future skilled workers in institutions of professional (vocational) education in Ukraine.
It is believed that this is one of the modern trends in professional pedagogy, taking into account the peculiarities of modern online education, which makes it possible for managers of any management level, as well as for teachers, parents and students to receive timely information and analytical data regarding the organization of training in professions in the vector of education modernization, as well as the global impact of transformational changes on the process of reforming the vocational education system, etc.
The article discusses the possibilities of improving the quality of professional training of future skilled workers in the educational process of an educational institution, provides a brief description of the introduction of varieties of organizing monitoring of educational activities, from solving problems by modeling methods to introducing an alternative methodological algorithm for conducting a step-by-step monitoring of the quality of professional training in the context of modern educational transformations.
