Monitoring of professional training as a direction of innovative activity in the system of professional (vocational) education
Abstract. Using the example of institutions of professional (vocational) education in the Kharkiv region, the article examines the place of monitoring the vocational training of qualified workers among the main areas of innovation in the system of vocational education. The description and characteristics of the network of institutions of professional (vocational) education in the region are given, the state of implementation of innovations in the management of institutions, the educational process, educational work is analysed. The most popular pedagogical innovative technologies are highlighted, which are presented in the following areas: Innovations in the organizational structure of institutions of professional (vocational) education (creative group for the introduction of innovative technologies); Innovations in the content of training and education of students (development of drafts of new state standards of vocational education and methodological recommendations); Innovations in the forms, methods and technologies of teaching and upbringing (introduction of salary (PV) into the educational environment; In innovative technologies, which are based on integral models of the educational process); Innovations in the creation of an information educational environment in the system of vocational education of the Kharkiv region (implemented with the help of the information and educational portal "Vocational education of the Kharkiv region": the formation of the information culture of pedagogical and managerial workers is carried out, their information needs are met, methodological support of the educational process, optimization of education management based on the use of information and computer technologies); Innovations in the creation and implementation of monitoring of the professional training of qualified workers in the vocational education system of the Kharkiv region (the method of comprehensive monitoring of the quality of VET, which was developed by the SMC VET of the Kharkiv region). On the basis of the analysis, the uneven state of the introduction and use of innovations was revealed, the reasons for the insufficiently active introduction of innovations in general and the monitoring of the professional training of qualified workers, including the necessary prerequisites for eliminating these reasons, were clarified.
