Model of development of ict competence of methodologists of regional services in the process of advanced training


Abstract

In the Law of Ukraine "On Education" one of the key competencies necessary for a modern person for successful life activity is ICT competence. However, it is impossible to form the key competencies of students without forming them among teachers and those who teach them and carry out methodological support. The article deals with the problem of development ICT competence of methodologists of methodological institutions of districts, cities and united territorial communities. The author analyzes the latest research on this issue, substantiates the conceptual model of development of information and communication competence of methodologists in the process of advanced training. The work describes the components of the model: motivational-targeted, theoretical-methodological, substantive-technological, and diagnostic-effective. The researcher actualizes the purpose of ICT development of the competence of methodologists, describes the selected principles and approaches to organization of the process of professional development of methodologists; substantiates the choice of content, forms, technologies of professional development of methodologists; characterizes the levels of ICT competence development for methodologists (basic, advanced, professional and expert). Author focuses on the factors for assessing the level of ICT competence of methodologists by types of activities with information and communication technologies: understanding the role of information and communication technologies in education; basic knowledge of information and communication technologies; the use of information and communication technologies in professional activities; the use of information and communication technologies to assess and monitor the quality of education; promoting the ICT competence development of teachers; organization of cooperation of teachers by means of information and communication technologies; Professional Development. Further research will focus on the substantiation of the technological aspects of the implementation of development model ICT competence of methodologists of regional services in the process of advanced training.
