The results of the formative stage of the pedagogical experiment on the formation of professional subjectivity of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Abstract. The article presents the results of statistical processing of pedagogical experiment data on the formation of professional subjectivity of future officers in higher military educational institutions.
It is determined that the conducted experimental research allowed to analyze and generalize statistical indicators of diagnostics, to determine the level of formation of professional subjectivity of future officers, to check efficiency of introduction of complex technique of formation of professional subjectivity of future officers and to reveal factors which have determining influence on professional training. higher military educational institutions.
Emphasis is placed on the choice and use of research tools, taking into account the need to ensure the adequacy and validity of the selected methods. Author's questionnaires and questionnaires were used to diagnose the results of quasi-professional activities of future officers while studying in higher educational institutions, to perform duties in primary officer positions during internships and to analyze the academic performance of cadets during the academic year.
It was found that according to the results of the ascertaining stage of the experiment, there is a predominance of low and medium levels of professional subjectivity in future officers according to all the defined criteria. The analysis of the results of the formative stage of experimental research after the introduction into the educational process of a comprehensive method of forming professional subjectivity shows positive statistically significant changes in the levels of professional subjectivity according to all selected criteria: value-motivational, cognitive-resource, activity-behavioral reflexive-evaluative.
The verification of the obtained results of the experimental research using the methods of mathematical statistics based on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion allowed to confirm the effectiveness of the integrated method of forming professional subjectivity introduced in the process of military training of future officers.
