The results of the experiment as a result of the formation of the leader's competence of the maybout officers of the Ukrainian forces
Abstract. The relevance of the article is that the formation of leadership competence of future officers of Ukrainian Armed Forces in higher educational institutions are the contextual basis of their training in the current conditions of hybrid warfare and the cut off of Russian aggression.
The aim of the article is to analyze the generalized results of diagnostics of the levels of formation of leadership competence of future officers in higher military educational institutions at the formative stage of the military-pedagogical experiment. The methodical bases of professional training of future officers on the formation of their leadership competence is checked and verified, one of which is modeling in educational process of higher educational institutions of such pedagogical conditions: expediency and legality of requirements; personal responsibility for the assigned case; control and verification of execution of instructions of scientific and pedagogical workers, commanders of a course link (both educational, and official) by those who study; showing a personal example in good faith in service and education; the manifestation of real authority among colleagues; fairness and compliance with the requirements, taking into account the knowledge of the characteristics of future officers; situational tasks for self-development and self-education of future military leaders, etc.
The analysis of the results of the military-pedagogical experiment completed the approbation of the control-reflexive stage of realization of the developed methodical bases of formation of leadership competence of future officers, as we achieved positive dynamics in the levels of its formation.
Prospects for further research may be the development of diagnostic tools to identify the level of leadership influence of future officers at the stage of formation, support, and restoration of moral and psychological condition of military personnel in the process of military training in the troops (forces) and military pedagogical research.
