Providing Quality of the Training the Masters of Management Education


Abstract

The article focuses on the problem of the quality of training the masters in modern conditions of reformation and transformation of society and education. The concepts of "quality of education", "quality of higher education" are considered. The author assumes that the quality of higher education can be considered as achievement of the result as closely as possible to the set goal, compliance with requirements, conditions, norms and standards, as well as public assessment of the degree of satisfaction with educational services.

Particular attention is paid to ensuring the quality of training of future education managers, who will ensure the quality of education while competently managing the educational establishment. The author of the article considers receiving the necessary resources (personnel, material, scientific, etc.) to the main tasks of ensuring the quality of master's training; organization of the educational process that most adequately corresponds to the current tendencies of development of national and world economy and education; control of the educational activity of the institution of higher education and the quality of training of specialists at all stages of education and at all levels.

As one of the components of creating an internal quality assurance system for the preparation of masters in management of an educational institution is the conformity of the content of this training to the requirements of the educational services market, the labor market (including the needs of employers), the needs of society and education recipients, which is laid down in the relevant standards and programs , the author examines in detail the educational programs of master's training, with special attention on theoretical normative content and competences that students must acquire.

In the article it is emphasized that the substantive part of the program of professional training of masters of management of the educational institution generally generates complex knowledge, skills and competences of the undergraduates, raises the performance indicators of professional activity, which is generally aimed at ensuring the quality of education. However, the training process for master-managers is based on the traditional approach to teaching, which limits the ability to fully ensure the quality of higher education, and does not contribute to its improvement. This fact stimulates the educational community to improve existing and seek new technologies for the training of master-managers.
