Scientific-methodical System of creating an Environment Conductive to Learning In the Boarding School of the New Type «Еndowments»
The study proposes approaches to the construction of a conceptual model of scientific and methodological system for creating an environment conductive to learning in the boarding school of the new type of «Obdarovanist». The choice of the direction of scientific work is determined by the fact that one of the priorities of modern education is the problem of formation of the creative elite of the nation as the people, who will largely affect the economic development of the state. Therefore, it is clear that the attention of the Ukrainian scientific community to the formation of a gifted person at all levels of the educational system increased, and a special place here is taken by boarding schools for gifted children. The study was carried out in the following stages: the definition of methodological grounds for modeling, setting the goal of modeling and design of the model. Systemic, synergetic, competence, cluster and personality-activity approaches were marked among the methodological foundations of the model. The model was built basing on the principles of scientific character, child-centrism, differentiation and individualization, transparency, and partnership. The purpose of the model was determined on the strategic (creation of an environment conductive to learning in the boarding school for gifted children) and tactical (goal-setting of the teaching staff of the boarding school and gifted students in the direction of the formation of a competent graduate; the target work of teachers of this educational institution in the direction of activating the self-educational channel for the development of their own competence; adjusting the purpose of the activities of the teaching staff of higher education institutions for the implementation of relations with the boarding school on a dual basis on the basis of the cluster) levels. The presented model includes such interconnected subsystems as methodological organizational and diagnostic, content-accompanying and monitoring and corrective. This approach creates the necessary conditions for the formation of a gifted student. Further research will be aimed at creating a diagnostic system for monitoring the educational and developing environment of the boarding school for gifted children.
